The customer provide the design of product appearance, structure and electronics, and Shenzhen Yojade provide the mold tooling, plastic injection, electronics purchase, incoming test, assembly, testing, and package, etc.

2. ODM services

Shenzhen Yojade owns the full intellectual property.

Shenzhen Yojade is in charge of design of product appearance, structure, and electronics, and also the manufacturing, and bear the mold tooling charges and the auxiliary tools. Yojade shall authorize customers with different brands to sell the product in the market.

3. Terms for cooperation

(1) The customer shall provide the legal proof for the brand;

(2) The customer shall make sure there is no infringement for product appearance, structures, etc. Or the customer shall take all responsibilities.
